SRE Private Cloud en Madrid

Private Cloud product is managed by a Product Unit. That Product Unit is managing the Design, Build and Operate of the product. It's mainly composed of 2 big teams: Dev and RUN.

Within the "RUN" production management team, you are in charge of maintaining and evolving our infrastructures and services linked to the Private Cloud product, also of the service stability given to the customer. This team is following an ITIL model, with Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Control and Release Management.

You work in an international team, based in Canada, France, Spain and India. Your team is closely linked to the DevOps team in charge of Design and Build, creating with you a harmony for the Private Cloud product evolution.

You work on a product constantly evolving, based on VMware technology, you have to show versatility and technical ingenuity to answer to issues.

Your missions are:

• Maintain infrastructure's operational stability
• Ensure a quick resolution of an incident
• Answer to escalations and work on resolution
• Contribute to the evolution of infrastructures
• Enhance and maintain a technical knowledge base
• Escalate incidents to our Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Work on root cause analysis and ensure of it resolution
• Test new features and merge from Dev team, to ensure an optimal quality of service

Required skills

• Deep experience on Linux and Windows environments
• Solid knowledge of VMware technology
• ITIL knowledge
• Security concepts knowledge
• Network operation knowledge
• Notions of Perl and Python
• Notions of algorithm
• Ability to be autonomous, self-taught and demonstrate analysis

Qualifications

• Experience of 3 years in virtualization
