As a Software Development Team Lead, you will work on the systems that help us democratize private equity investing for the world and join an international team of highly talented experts coming from the investment and startup worlds. With a strong focus on automating business processes and digitizing all interactions with our users, you are someone who understands complex processes and data structures, and enjoys seeing the impact you deliver through close interactions. You will build state-of-the-art applications and work in small, dedicated agile teams building the future of Moonfare.

Facilitate collaboration, communication, and decision-making between engineering teams, product managers and stakeholders

Partner with product managers, other leads and architects to influence product strategy and drive the product development roadmap
