That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Site Reliability & Infra Engineer with serious attention to detail, who can support our fast-growing and ambitious team.

Why we need you:

• As our Site Reliability & Infra Engineer, you’ll be responsible for building solutions that enhance availability, performance, and stability of Usabilla services
• You’ll automate repetitive work, such as the resource provisioning process in order to make it self-service for our engineering teams
• We need someone who can build scalable infrastructure to manage data for systems
• You will drive the company through “Disaster Recovery Tests” - where we manually turn down pieces of infrastructure to test Usabilla’s overall resilience to failures
• Designing self-service systems and processes, you’ll help Usabilla Engineers to effectively deploy their software into production

Your skills:

• At least 3-years of DevOps or Site Reliability experience
• Familiarity with Postgres, Mongo, Memcached, AWS, or similar technologies
• Troubleshooting skills that span systems, network (TCP/IP), and code
• Knowledge of Python, specifically for systems automation
• A deep understanding of Linux systems
• A minimum of 2-years hands on experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Google compute
• You’re an expert in monitoring distributed systems application architectures
• Exposure to and maintenance of configuration management and orchestration tools at scale
• You have expert diagnosis and troubleshooting skills across different levels of the stack as well as solving user facing service outages

Bonus points:

• Experience with container management and micro-services architectures such as Docker
• Building, automating, and maintaining infrastructure in AWS
• Awareness and insight into industry trends (technology, methods, and tooling)
• Management and troubleshooting of a continuous integration pipeline
