The sales associate is responsible for gathering new leads as well as
identifying opportunities. You should be highly motivated, a
self-starter with strong targeting and organization skills.
You will generate and prioritize leads from multiple sources
including prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic
personality with a drive to reach decision makers and qualify leads to
close is essential.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Lead research, profiling and optimization
Implement sales strategy - Cold calling
Research and determine best means for initial contact
Qualify sales opportunity and assign to the onboarding team appropriately
You know you are the right fit if;
Speak and write fluent English and Spanish
Exceptional customer relationship building skills
Comfortable with outbound reach - cold calling
Enjoys the sales process & will ask for the sale
Self-starter with strong drive
Strong English writing, communication & video conferencing skills
Quick learner and eager to use new tools
Highly organized and strong ability to multi-task
Ability to influence decision-making and change
Ability to follow through on tasks until completed
High degree of flexibility
Comfortable with using Mac, Windows, iOS, Chrome OS, CRM and Cloud-based tools
Previous sales experience in a software sales is a plus but not a requirement
