Senior UX/UI Desginer en Barcelona

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer. This is a full-time in-house position reporting directly to FloraQueen's Marketing Director and based in Barcelona.

• Work with an interdisciplinary team of product owner, designers and developers

• Identify user needs and make proposals aimed at improving user experience based on metrics and previous analysis of data.

• Support Product Owners in setting project specifications.

• Design A/B testing for specific projects that will have a high impact on the company’s KPIs.

• Ensure proper responsive design and implementation of all FloraQueen’s online presence.

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce

• Solid practical and theoretical knowledge of interaction and visual design principles.

• Data-driven and KPI oriented.

• Experience planning and defining A/B tests.

• Proficiency in industry design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe Suite & others.
