We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our marvelous product team: a group of people with a shared interest in great user experience, robust software, fast delivery, and clear communication.
Help us build an outstanding Music Discovery experience, giving our listeners easy access to the most comprehensive catalogue of classical music in streaming and letting them explore and find what is most relevant for them.
As part of a cross-functional team, you will be actively driving the product development process throughout the product life cycle, collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and other teams.

WHERE YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
- Own the 6-12 months roadmap for the Music Discovery Unit and collaborate with other product Units on joint initiatives
- Develop goals and priorities that align with company goals and strive for product excellence
- Research & evaluate opportunities & spec product requirements
- You will execute on product features with the unit
- You will analyse and document product research, findings, decisions, success etc.
- Communicate and align with stakeholders
- Develop effective narrative to provide context for product vision
- You don’t believe in or practice “by the book” implementation of processes or working methods, you believe in understanding the principles and making use of them where needed
EXPERIENCE AND PERSONALITY TRAITS WE FIND RELEVANT FOR THIS POSITION
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in developing user-facing products along the product life cycle
- A proven ability to partner with product designers, engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to create the best products for the users we serve
- Proven ability to define a successful business strategy and product roadmap
- A calm and structured communicator that keeps the big picture in mind and is able to deep dive into a subject
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Interest in classical music is a plus
