The position
- Define, write, test and maintain clean and self-explanatory
endpoints for RESTful APIs using continuous integration, microservices
patterns and other related topics
- Develop features for different data domains (order, customer, restaurant, etc.) with a focus on performance and security
- Explore new technologies, weigh their pros and cons and share your insights within your team
- Provide support to others both within and outside your team
Your profile
- You are a team player who enjoys an agile environment and loves team collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Highly proficient in Java (Spring Boot)
- Experience with relational SQL databases (MySQL)
- Experience working with Docker
- Familiar with DevOps mentality and CI/CD systems
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
- You approach your job with an open mind, curiosity and initiative
The following would be a plus:
- Proficiency in PHP (Phalcon Framework desirable)
- Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD) in a microservices environment
- Experience with other microservices or cloud solutions and tools, such as Kubernetes, AWS, Kafka, Consul and Mesos/Marathon
- Experience with NoSQL DB
