We use and develop the best practices in IT, Human Resources, operations, online marketing, webshop design, in addition to creating very innovative digital content for our editorial, public relations and branding activities.

To strengthen our Technology team we are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer (f/m) in Barcelona.


Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring platform availability, resiliency and scalability.
  • Identifying bottlenecks, single points of failure and solving architectural shortcomings.
  • Administration and constant improvement of modules, server-entities and software systems.
  • Continuous improvement of our monitoring and instrumentation solutions (NewRelic, DataDog, Grafana & Kibana).
  • Maintain and extend the Continuous integration and deployment pipelines.


Your qualifications:

  • Fundamental knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, Debian and CoreOS).
  • Extensive cloud provider experience, best practices and development guidelines (AWS: EC2, EKS, ECS, S3).
  • Familiarity with mechanisms to instrument and monitory systems and applications.
  • Previous experience with CI and CD systems.
  • Proficiency in web-scale environments.
  • Comfortable writing code when required to automate API driven tasks.
  • Regular user of configuration management suites and Infrastructure as code.
