Senior Backend Developer en Barcelona

About The Role

You will architect backend systems related with: search, booking system, payments, invoicing, internal systems and in-space customers’ experience, that are fast, scalable and reliable. You’ll be a key role to build the product roadmap with your teammates. Your main focus will be to make sure that our customers and team are happy and efficient, while helping drive the long-term direction of our system’s architecture. Responsibilities

• Lead the backend of our web and app.

• Interact cross-functionally and work closely with Product Lead and Front-end Developer. Anticipate problems and build the product roadmap that challenges the team.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.

• Build internal dashboards to gain visibility across all the organization.

• Make our technology scale as the business grows.

• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• 3+ years of relevant full-time experience

• Extensive experience of PHP and Laravel framework.

• Experience in hybrid apps and Ionic framework.

• Experience with SQL.

• Experience with SEO and responsive development.

• Always clean code and working with Git repositories.

Preferred:

• Degree of Computer Science or equivalent practical experience as a full-stack/backend developer.

• Passionate about at least one area outside of coding (architecture, UI, algorithms, optimization, automation, etc.).

• Experience with Angular 2+ framework is a big plus.

• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6 is a plus.

• Demonstrated willingness to both teach others and learn new techniques.

• Good Spanish and English.
