Seeking Tech Co-Founder en Berlin

Yuduyu is a new HR-Tech startup based in Berlin that is on a mission to showcase the aptitudes and potential of the world’s undiscovered talent.

Over 40% of employers worldwide say they can’t find the talent they need and that number increases every year. Yet in just the seven leading economies alone, 850 million people are underutilized.

Yuduyu is building a career platform that cares about jobseekers’ potential - potential they may not realize they have. That’s how we’ll bring the young, the inexperienced and the marginalised into the global jobs market.

We’ll also help employers discover an ocean of talent, reducing the ‘talent shortage’ while building diverse and dynamic teams.

Your Role:

As tech co-founder, you will be responsible for getting the prototype built for the potential investors who are actively waiting for it.
When seed funding comes in, you will lead and manage the creation of the MVP.
Develop and manage the tech teams.

Your Profile:

Knowledge of coding, data science and machine learning.
At least 5 years of serious professional experience.
Too rebellious to work in corporate, but fed-up with current startup eco-system.
The belief that companies should create a more just and responsible society.
You are very ambitious and still have a big heart.
Fluency in English.
