Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Facilitate an Agile software delivery process (based on Scrum, Kanban) for multiple development teams
• Take full responsibility of the whole life cycle to delivery
• Support product team in driving the roadmap and delivering required milestones
• Track team metrics (burn-down charts, productivity, blockers)
• Moderating team meetings and relevant stakeholder meetings
• Regular reporting on team progress to stakeholders (IT, Product, Logistics etc)
• Driving functional enhancements and continuous maintenance

What you bring

• 3+ years of professional Scrum Master experience while supporting multiple development teams
• Preferred, technical background in software development
• Classic project management acumen applied in Agile/ Scrum environments to drive quality and efficiency within teams
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Experienced user in tracking software in Agile environment; Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
• Preferred, background in testing e-commerce web and mobile applications
