We are looking for a skilled and dedicated QA engineer to help us ensure stability and performance of our platform and open source technologies, on-site/fulltime in Berlin

The role

Liase closely with development and devops
Design and implement scalable automation testing strategies
Ensure quality and reliability of individual components and the platform as a whole
Work within an agile environment
Work on a well structured greenfield project

Skills you'll need

Fluency in English (spoken & written)
Programming experience in JavaScript and/or others
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Mocha, Chai or JUnit
Experience with browser automation such as Selenium, Nightwatch or headless browsers
Understanding of Cucumber/Gherkin and acceptance testing frameworks
A highly structured and independent way of working

Skills that would be good to have

Experience in creating benchmarks and perfomance tests
Knowledge of distributed systems and concurrency
An understanding of low level networking
Linux proficiency
AWS experience
