musicians, small labels, and emerging communities.
For us IT is
not an afterthought, it is one of the cornerstones of our strategy. Our
development team is responsible for an in-house born and raised SaaS
digital distribution and royalties management solution.
Our other side is a music label and promo services company, crewed with music business veterans (some are musicians themselves).
Who we are searching for?
We are searching for a talented Product Owner who will help us to lead and improve our digital distribution music platform.
Your responsibilities would be the following:
* Lead the long term roadmap
* Be responsible for a long term vision and strategy of the product development
* Help the team manage the short term roadmap
* Product backlog management leading, doing or helping do definitions of user stories and prioritisation
* Working with stakeholders to prioritise stories to maximise business value created by the development teams for your product
* Ensure the developers have the things they need to keep moving forwards
* Constantly monitoring progress, looking for ways to improve the product and make adjustments based on strategic goals
You have:
* Experience as product owner or manager of a startup company.
* Previous experience in a Product Development / Product Management role.
* An understanding and appreciation for software development and design, solid technical skills and an analytic mind set.
* Experience of Agile software development methodologies.
