Product Manager

We’re
looking for an accomplished, results-driven product leader who can get
behind our mission and bring relentless focus to building the product
that helps us achieve it. Reporting to the CEO, you'll be responsible
for leading product direction, creating roadmaps, figuring out what
matters to our customers, and coaching the team to instil a culture of
experimenting and shipping fast!
Your role
- Leading the strategy in setting our product vision, and owning a clear roadmap
- Working closely with the Brolly team to draw focus and ensure we all know what success looks like
- Speccing out new features and seeing them through to release
- Prioritising our roadmap by rationalising why we're building will change the insurance industry
- Speaking with customers and analysing data to gain new insights, validate hypotheses, and make product decisions
- Making insurance fairer, easier and cheaper for our customers
You should
- Be a team player, and be able to work really well with our engineers, as well as all other departments
- Have
an exceptional instinct when it comes to product, you should be able to
validate your rationalisations quickly, and make product trade-offs
before starting implementation
- Work holistically, understanding the big picture, and move easily between this and day-to-day execution
- Be research and data-driven with a structured and pragmatic approach
- Be able to challenge technical decisions, knowing when it's right to build fast to test, versus building more robust software
- Be
customer focussed, driven by finding value for customers and ensuring
we only build software that customers need, want and love
