About the Role
RolePoint is looking for an enthusiastic product manager who is eager to work
in a growing, vibrant technology company. You will help manage the product
delivery by working with internal teams to gather product requirements, ensure
they are up-to-date on what is being built and the functionality of the
features. This role requires great communication skills, the ability to learn
quickly and adapt to a fast-paced development environment. Throughout the role
you will be taught how the product works, how our teams collaborate, and how
we release features which are delivered directly to our users. You'll be in
charge of collecting metrics which are vital to the product team to measure
success and make changes to our product roadmap.
As you become more acquainted with the product, you'll be given more authority
to decide how new features should work. This involves making educated metrics
driven decisions, explaining the features to stakeholders and assisting the
engineering team until the feature is live.
We're looking for someone who has
Experience in technology and software
Helped build a product before, whether big or small
Knowledge of the product lifecycle and engineering process
Ability to track team progress using different tools
Great communication skills (both written and verbal), and fluent in english
Ability to use tools to detail features and user stories
What you'll be in charge of
Building new features:
Researching how the feature should work
Validating its use cases with clients
Defining how it's use cases
Building success criteria
Testing the features to ensure they work as expected
The product delivery schedule and prioritisation
Helping the engineering team with product questions when features are being built
Product marketing to client, including mail outs and feature announcements
Communicating with all business areas on product delivery and how features work
Gathering metrics and delivering them to the business
Assisting with product documentation

Design and wireframing experience
Some engineering knowledge or experience
