AssistMe is part of the NBT family. As an NBT portfolio company in the healthcare and elderly care space, we’re developing IoT products in the area of medicine and health tech.

Currently, our team is developing an IoT solution that provides caregivers the means  to deliver high quality care to the growing elderly population which preserves their normal and dignified everyday lives. Our product will have a positive ethical and social impact by ensuring high-quality care in today’s challenging care environment.

Are you a design perfectionist with a love for details? As Product Designer at AssistMe you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming with the founding team to working with customers on ideas, to helping the engineering team execute them. You will utilize your full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills to create a strong identity and delightful experiences across all product design touch points.

• Define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visual assets, and information experience

• Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user-centered design to complex design roadblocks

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final engineering hand-off

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to take the visual and UX aspects of our products to a new level

• 3-5 year track record of product design experience

• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and prototypes

• Proficiency in Sketch, Zeplin, Photoshop, Illustrator or other similar tools

• Experience in designing Android mobile applications and Web applications using material design guidelines

• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-centered interaction and aesthetics

• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

• Positive, flexible and task-oriented attitude

• Strong communication skills; fluent in English, German (is a plus)
