Product Analyst en London

As a Product Analyst at Finimize, you’ll play a key role in envisioning, developing and launching the products and features that empower our users to be their own financial advisors.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our CEO, product designers, and engineers to implement new features and improvements to Finimize products
• Conceptualize new features and experiment to validate them with our users before moving forward to design / development
• Ensure Finimize presents a consistent experience across platforms and touchpoints
• Dig into product data: develop and continuously improve our product analytic capability, allowing data to drive product, user experience and business decisions
• Keep the team focused on users behavior. Track the performance of the product, from funnel conversion to usage of core features that will directly target and impact the company goals
• Be curious and explore: have a passion for proactively form hypotheses, leverage our rich set of data and explore in order to gain deeper understanding of our users and their behaviors
• Keep everyone informed about Product achievements: build and maintain product and growth KPI dashboards, allow the entire team to have relevant and timely understanding of our product and customer behavior
• Product Experimentation: you’ll be designing product experiments, using a wide array of qualitative user research and analytics, understand pain points and discover potential solutions to address user needs
• Data Guru: Serve as the main point of reference for the product team for all things data and analytics
• Performance analysis expertise: embody the expertise in defining clear and measurable objectives, choosing the right KPIs to measure and calculating targets for each new product feature

Some things we consider critical to being our Product Analyst:

• BS/MS in economics, mathematics, engineering, business, statistics or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in shipping products at a startup, ideally a B2C mobile product
• A belief in creating the best experience for our users
• You can comfortably communicate your product solutions with wireframes and prototypes
• A habit of taking initiative, bringing ideas to the table and experimenting to drive results
• You work best in an experiment-driven product development culture
• You strike a balance between data and intuition (product sense)
• You want to help build a team and culture, not just a product
• You’re comfortable engaging with end-users, conducting user research, and intelligently integrating insights into your work
• Comfortable in performing funnel, segmentation and cohort analysis with product analytic tools such as MixPanel, Google Analytics, etc
• Fluent in SQL and a strong experience in data visualization
• A great attitude and disposition
