Performance Marketing Manager Junior, you will quickly understand the
value of our partners and make sure they always come first. You will
work within an international marketplace, in which you will focus on
maximising growth for new and existing partners.

Your responsibilities
Configure, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns
Define optimisation strategies for existing partners
Thrive on increasing revenues for publishers
Generate new business by adding new strategic clients to your portfolio
Consistently aim to negotiate the highest advertiser payouts
Identify and exploit traffic trends using business intelligence and data mining
Understand advertiser needs and how we can help them reach their goals
Customer relationship management and conflict resolution
Represent TrafficStars at international trade shows around the world
Required qualifications
Excellent English skills in both written and verbal communication (any additional language will be highly valued)
Ideal understanding of performance based pricing models (CPA, CPL, CPI, …)
Sound technical knowledge and understanding
Organized with a high sense of structure
Passionate about digital advertising and up to date with online trends
Highly attentive and analytical
Team player rather than individualist
Great negotiation skills
Ideal experience in online advertising
Comfortable working with adult content
