It’s due to this strong growth at ForceManager that we are looking
for an Office Manager Intern to help our fantastic Office Manager in her
day-to-day duties.
As an Office Manager Assistant your responsibilities will include:
- Being responsible of the reception: greeting visitors and supplieres
- Caretaking of central telephone line and letter box
- Supporting the Office Manager in her main mission: maintaining office in a first-class manner
- Supporting travel planning and booking for team members
- Assist in events organization
What we need from you:
You are currently enrolled in a student program
Eager to have a first working experience in office management
Fluent in Spanish, with good level of English (B2 or more)
General computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Outstanding customer service attitude: flexible, polite, positive
Hands-on attitude with excellent time management and organization skills
Highly trustworthy, reliable + discrete
