At Wind, we improve quality of life in cities by reducing offering internet-connected scooters on every corner as a zero-emission last mile transportation solution. Our scooters allow commuters to get from point A to point B in a fun and environmentally friendly way.

We are looking for an office manager to make our Berlin office a fun, friendly and well-run environment.

Responsibilities

    • Set up and grow the systems of equipment management
    • Handle the purchasing of materials across local offices in EMEA
    • Manage the company social calendar and make sure team mates love where they work
    • Make sure new team mates feel welcome and connected to others
    • Oversee the cleaning daily maintenance of the office
    • Keep the fridge stocked, and coffee flowing!
