We are looking for an energyc Office Manager to oversee our organization’s day-to day operations and procedures. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day

You will be a key peace connecting the executive level with the other employees. You will report to the Executive level and work closely with the CEO in a supportive role. We are looking for someone experienced that can thrive in the complexity of the many divers tasks that will fall under your responsibility


Responsibilities

  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures
    • preparing and paying payroll
    • controlling correspondence
    • designing/maintaining filing systems
    • reviewing and approving supply requisitions
    • administrational functions
  • Maintain good communication:
    • With legal and administration consultants
    • With executives
    • With employees
    • With clients and suppliers
  • Assisting the organisation's HR function
    • Keeping personnel records up to date
    • Recruiting and selecting new employees
    • Orienting and facilitate training for employees
  • Managing partners and suppliers
  • Assist CEO
    • Follow up with banks, clients, partners
    • Keep the cashflow up to date

Skills
    • Proven experience as Office Manager or relevant role
    • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
    • Good communication skills
    • Experience in Accountancy and Legal
    • Background in Finance, Business
    • Fluent in Spanish and English
