Marketing Associate - JAPAN en Madrid

We are looking for a:   Marketing Associate - JAPAN

Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, he/she will work within existing marketing teams to assist with daily activities, with an emphasis on outreach and development of the Japanese market.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and prepare the development of new markets for the brandHelp in the visibility of the brand through actions with other blogs, websites, or businesses
• Look for new business opportunities and analyze the results, behavior and conversion ratios thereof to detect improvements to be implemented
• Manage all the communication with the help of an external PR agency
• Manage the external sales of our products in other online, offline, or marketplace stores.

Position KPI´s:

• Web traffic and sales
• Leads and Sales
• Web traffic and conversion rate
• We Are Knitters presence in the markets, blogs, magazines, websites, press, etc.

We are we looking for someone with:

• Japanese or demonstrated experience in the Japanese market
• Interest in marketing and market research
• Focused in gathering, anticipating & meeting market needs.
• Knowledge using social media analytics tools and the ability to tweak social strategies based on findings
• Passionate about ecommerce and start-ups
• Knowledge in the ecommerce market trends
• Fluent in English, Spanish and another language will be a plus (German, French, Italian, Japanese, Swedish …)
