Machine Learning Engineer (f/m) en Berlin

We are looking for an enthusiastic Machine Learning Engineer (f/m) with a passion for music and NI products. As a Machine Learning Engineer in a cross-functional scrum team you will iterate in two-week sprints and help us bring Machine Learning technology into our MASCHINE, KOMPLETE, and TRAKTOR software. Based in Berlin, Kreuzberg, you will join an international, multicultural, and creative environment that supports individual growth and sharing knowledge.

• Prototype and develop algorithms for Information Retrieval in a musical context
• Write clean and maintainable code that functions on multiple platforms
• Learn from other experienced developers and work in an environment which supports individual growth
• Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and product owners to identify and solve challenging issues
• Demo your team results after each sprint to all other teams
• Hack with colleagues on your ideas in our quarterly hackathon week
• Bring a high level of motivation and interest to the team

• You have a Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Music Technology, Machine Learning, or a related field
• You are enthusiastic about computer-based music production tools
• You have a strong mathematical background in statistics and machine learning
• You enjoy learning, working, and growing in a cross functional team
• You have 2 years of experience in developing software with C++
• You have experience implementing machine learning systems in Python or C++
• You know how to write modern, testable and maintainable code
• You care about agile software processes, data-driven development and reliability
• You value team success over personal success
