Lead Fullstack Developer en Paris

As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will have a critical role and responsibility in leading the team to improve the technical capabilities of our product.

You are able to intervene on our whole technical stack :

Backend : Python + Flask, Go, RabbitMQ, Redis
DB : Elasticsearch (+ Kibana), PostgreSQL
Frontend : React.JS
Deployment : Kubernetes + Docker

You will supervise 2-4 junior developers, ensuring that they are efficiently trained and assess their progress.

You will work closely with the two founders on the product roadmap and functional specifications. You will support the CTO and give advice regarding implementation strategies and software architectures.

You will continuously help us to improve our development processes (tools and methods).
