Junior Front End Developer en Amsterdam

We're looking for a Front End Web Developer who is motivated to build best-in-class experiences for large audiences. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce the visual elements of our applications.

Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Adhere to team design and coding standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 2 years web development experience
Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including React.js.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Experience with modern CSS methodologies (e.g. OOCSS, BEM, or SMACSS) preferred.
Learn and absorb new technologies quickly
Be a strong team player and rapidly adapt to changing business and customer demands
