We are traders, speculators and investors and we hate the fact that
when it comes to sports we can’t do any of these things! If you can
speculate on almost anything imaginable from stocks to startups to
cryptocurrencies is it really too much to ask to speculate on sports and
athletes? We don’t think so and are on a mission to prove it!
SportStack believes that for many millions of people it is sports not
stocks where their true interests lie - that’s why we are building a
platform for people to start speculating, trading and investing in them!
Founded by a team of former Goldman Sachs traders and sports betting
technologists we are now looking to grow the SportStack team.
We need people that are fuelled by their ambition and dream of
something bigger. People that are sick of just being ‘employee no. X’
and are desperate for a meaningful position at the core of a company
moving crazy fast toward a meaningful vision. We are all in it together

Specifically, we are looking for a Backend Developer to sit right
next to our CTO (Trajan) and build out the core infrastructure of our
exchange and platform.
You will be working alongside our CTO developing back-end Java
services within a microservice architecture built on the Spring Boot
framework. You will be involved in maintaining and improving a
low-latency matching engine alongside other core services, as well
developing API integrations with 3rd party providers, including payment
and KYC (Know Your Customer) suppliers. You will also build and maintain
coherent RESTful APIs, which will be consumed by SportStack's React web
application, React Native mobile application, as well external API
clients.
