IoT/Backend engineer en Berlin

As a Backend Engineer at Parkling, you will play an essential part in our backend development related to our hardware and on-street scanning devices. You will own the integration of devices, firmware development and setting up our backend systems. Taking the lead, you will deliver a resilient, scalable backend solution and support our deployment process while following best practice devops strategies.

About you:

- You can demonstrate problem solving leadership. This means you dig deeper and use creative techniques to solve problems you haven't faced before
- You can demonstrate strategic tech thinking and think beyond the current set of challenges
- Experience with IoT (hardware/firmware development and/or IoT backend development)
- You have a track record of achievement, this may either be at work or in personal side projects or endeavours
- You have experience in your core programming language but demonstrate how you quickly learn new languages and technologies
- A ‘smart generalist’ with python experience
