As an Industrial Engineer, you will be part of our rapidly growing production team. You actively contribute to the build-up of a new production facility and have the chance to influence production from day 1 on.
Your tasks:
- cell design
- process definition
- automation of processes
- definition of tools, fixtures and equipment
- process documentation and instructions
- supervise the start of production
- train the operators for new or changed processes
- continuous improvement of production processes
- root cause analysis of manufacturing and quality problems
You
- have analytical skills and you enjoy working in a team
- have a technical education in production (e.g. mechanical engineering,
- industrial engineering with a focus on process engineering or automation)
- have a strong background in process design and automation with min 3 years relevant experience
- are a badass, motivated to make the best out of this job
- like new challenges and are passionate about taking a deep dive into complex topics
- are interested in audio systems and music production workflow
- are smart, a nice person and team player
- work carefully, are reliable and open to new ideas
- speak fluent German, have good knowledge of English and are IT-savvy
