across all company areas that build the product and technology, run
operations, have physical contact with our valued customers, drive sales

Responsibilities
- Manage and execute internal human resources to accommodate employee’s needs and cope with organizational policies.
- Execute all HR-related tasks.
- Source, screen & manage the recruiting processes
cross-functionally within the organization, working closely with the
founding team.
- Manage presence in relevant sources of talent (online portals,
universities, communities, etc.) to have a continuous inbound pipeline
of applications in the different company areas.
- Lead, manage and execute projects to implement company’s great culture across all areas through specific actions.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree from a top university
- Proven experience in HR or talent-related areas for at least 2 years.
- Consistent track record of success with a passion for exceptional service
- Clear, concise communicator with the ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations
- Desire to push the envelope and challenge status quo while respecting the process
- Energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done with a can do attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail, rigorous, with great analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented, self-starter and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Fluent Spanish and proficient in English.
