Opportunity

We are looking for a Head of Software Development to join our team in Barcelona and contribute to our mission 

You will be responsible of resources. We are looking for a person familiarized in people management, roadmap, and agile methodologies and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Act as a product manager working closely with the CTO in order to execute the roadmap in an effective and timely manner
• Lead the product development and daily operations of the development team, by defining technically new features, improving current ones always thinking in performance and delivery dates for the business needs
• Be proactive integrating new measures, procedures and technologies that would speed up the development of new features
• Work closely with dev team to make sure that feature definition and its implementation is aligned with business needs.
• Security posture: secure coding development best practices, basic vulnerability knowledge, hacking techniques

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Disciplined organization and project management skills with an entrepreneurial approach to solving problems
• Knowledge on cloud architectures and SaaS
• Familiar with continuous integration methodologies, unit testing and Q&A procedures.
• Good analytical skills as well as strong leadership skills
• Previous experience working with agile methodologies
• Experience working with AWS and similar providers is a plus
• Strong technical background
• English is a must
• Knowledge of start up environment
• Passionate about cybersecurity
