We are building out our sales-team, and are looking for a Head of Sales who is excited to make an impact on industrial manufacturing in Europe. We are an early-stage-startup, and you would have substantial influence on the operative and strategic direction of the company.
Your Tasks:
# Support our currently running sales activities
# Build solid structures incl. KPIs
# Architect and execute sales strategy for the future
Your Background:
# +4y B2B-Sales Experience (Ideally in a startup or manufacturing environment)
# Native-speaker-level German Language Skills (oral / written)
# Proactive, hands-on, independent working style
# Experience in hiring and managing teams
# Experience in an industrial field, ideally mechanical engineering
The role would ideally be part-time until December, full-time from there. Salary/Equity is negotiable.
