We are looking for a passionate Head of Performance Marketing (f /
m) with the goal of making sports and healthy nutrition a part of
people's everyday lives. You have a unique opportunity to take
responsibility for all the TV, SEA, Social & Affiliate performance
marketing channels and take them to the next level. The unique thing

Your tasks:
• Manage and optimize all our performance marketing channels: TV, AdWords, Facebook, Affiliate
• Continually increase Subscriber Conversion Rates by optimizing Ads and Landing Pages
• Plan and test new marketing strategies and actions with our social, content and business development teams
Your profile:
• You have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and a deep
understanding of the platforms AdWords, Facebook, Affiliate
• You are very analytical, structured and number-driven in your way of working and have a high quality standard
• You have a deeper understanding of relevant technical details
(such as how cookies work, setting parameters, how a single page
application works, how Google Analytics works, and technical issues
behind it)
• You are a true team player and know how to get your colleagues excited about your work
• You have a passion for fitness and a healthy nutrition, as well as
an incentive to bring it to the service of as many people as possible
through your work
• You can communicate very well in English. German skills are a plus.
