Head of Marketing Operations en Paris

With 35+ campuses across the globe, Le Wagon is looking for its global Head of Marketing Operations. Directly reporting to our CMO, your main missions will be to:

- Master Hubspot, our CRM & Marketing Automation tool: manage all CRM-related needs, optimize our current e-mail marketing workflows, update the content to improve their added-value and performance, create new workflows to support lead nurturing and drive people to Admissions

- Structure our Marketing Playbook to gather our internal Marketing resources & assets, create new resources for internal training purposes

- Make sure all Marketing Managers have access to the information and resources they need to implement our global Marketing strategy

- Support local Marketing Managers by organizing frequent discussions to report their needs, share information & support them in their growth

- Conduct an internal & external content watch on all Social Media channels and blogs to make sure all Le Wagon content is aligned to our global strategy and top-quality

- Suggest new areas of improvement: we are looking for an autonomous and proactive person who will own Operational Marketing and make it shine brighter!
