Kombo, initially named SoBus, is a French startup founded in 2016 by 2 entrepreneurs. We develop the first ticket booking engine for all means of transportation (bus, train, carpooling...).
In 2 years, we have covered all bus routes in Europe and we have the largest offer on the market. Our algorithms can combine tickets to offer a wider choice of routes and schedules. Our UI/UX is one of the most optimized on the market.
Thanks to our high growth, we now develop a new version of the booking engine, in particular by adding train tickets.

As the Head of Growth, you will be in charge of developing the marketing of our ambitious startup :
On the short term, you will ensure growth of traffic through SEO, SEA, and ASO with data-driven decisions.
On the long term, you will develop the brand and communication, through Growth Hacking, Social Media, Public Relations, and advertisement.
You will also monitor the optimization of Conversion Rate and Retention.
You will collaborate directly with the CEO and the R&D team. The role is key in the success of the startup to achieve our 10x growth in 12 months.
And if you like growth hacking techniques like the one we did for the French baccalaureate, we can have a good fit.

• 2-7 years of experience
• Analytical skills required for digital marketing, SEO, SEA, ASO, CRO ;
• A potential to develop a brand on the long term ;
• Interest in Growth Hacking is a plus.
• Native French and fluent English.
