Your role
In a couple of years when people all over the world are using our
tests, we know that is because of you. Your role is one of the most
important roles to take our company to the next level. With your
business sense, project management skills and high level energy you
build and realize the commercial strategy of easee and ensure the growth
of our company.
Responsibilities
Set the overall growth strategy and build, lead and mentor our growth team;
Plan strategically lead generation with the growth team and execute hands-on;
Negotiate and close deals with leading eyewear brands, innovative eye clinics and fast growing e-commerce platforms;
Connect with your colleagues from development and prioritize with them what is most important for our clients.

You are able to level with all types of people and switch flawlessly
from an important investor meeting to contacting your always busy
clients;
Commercial self-mover that is able to work independently;
Charismatic, fair, fun and can handle geeky humor;
At least 3 - 5 years commercial experience;
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field;
Fluent in Dutch and English;
Experience in software, e-commerce and/or tech is a plus;
