Growth Hacker en Berlin

IOST is a blockchain venture backed by world class investors including Sequoia Capital and Matrix Partners. IOST is building a scalable blockchain solution that allows any service provider to build smart contracts or decentralized applications on its platform.

IOST is looking to hire a growth hacker who will:
-Analyze and identify online and offline social media targets
-Develop and execute strategies to organically grow its community base
-Execute growth hacking strategies and optimize community conversion efforts

Qualifications:
-1-2 years+ of growth hacking / growth marketing experience in a fast-paced startup environment
-Basic knowledge or DISPLAYED passion in crypto (this does not mean "I am interested in knowing more about cryptocurrencies and cannot name more than 2 different types of coins")
-Previously displayed leadership and work-hard qualities

Nice-to-haves:
-Can speak fluent German or is otherwise multilingual in other languages
-Already has growth hacking blockchain experience
