About the position:
- Create, communicate & execute growth strategy to establish Movo as market leader for micro-mobility
- Define value proposition and strategic plan Growth, manage and mentor a talented team
- Scale growth initiatives to all Movo’s regions
- Deep dive in data to uncover key business insights and opportunities for growth
- Develop and measure the success of new growth tactics
- Plan budget and manage spend on growth initiatives
- Responsible for performance against key top-line growth KPIs
- Support local teams to execute actions and processes to deliver users’ value proposition
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization - including local teams, Product, Data Science, Legal, and more.
- Responsible for monitoring the execution of growth team
- Coordinate with awareness team offline acquisition events
- Understand the LTV depending on acquisition source and acquisition KPIs (CAC, CPI, etc)
- This is a critical role for Movo’s business growth which reports directly to the VP of Global OPS.
What we’re looking for:
- BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of growth marketing, entrepreneurship, consultancy or operations strategy experience
- Strong background in analytics applied to business problems (SQL and Tableau experience preferred)
- Detail-oriented and operative person, self-starter and team player.
- Ability to learn and adapt to change
- Leadership skills & strategic mindset
- Hands-on and continuous delivery attitude
- Growth marketing, entrepreneurship, consultancy or operations strategy experience
- Digital environment knowledge and ability to understand how attribution works
- Manage production of conversion elements previous funnel like banners, content, etc
- Negotiation skills
- Out of the box thinker. Monitorize and evaluate competitors actions
