We are looking for a skilled and motivated full stack developer with
an affinity for community management, content creation and influencer
engagement.
The role
- Have a direct impact on growing and retaining our user base worldwide
- Developing stunning realtime frontends and user interfaces
- Extend the deepstream ecosystem with new integrations, frameworks and content
- Use a wide array of realtime technologies and cloud infrastructures
- Contribute to deepstream.io’s open source product and engage with the growing community
- Create high-level content to help position deepstream within the wider technology landscape
- Produce quality driven tutorials and blog posts / case studies / user stories and guidebooks for a technical audience
- Identify opportunities for speaking at conferences; hosting workshops, webinars etc.

Skills you'll need
- Fluency in English (spoken & written)
- Essential programming experience in JavaScript and/or Node JS/ others
- Understanding of browser technologies such as HTML, CSS or DOM
- Interested in new technologies and concepts
- Ability to quickly evaluate and structure information to convey
highly technical content in an interesting and entertaining manner
- A basic understanding of product marketing and communications
- You thrive in an autonomous and flexible working environment, you’re self-organised and result-orientated
Skills that would be good to have
- Experience in frontend frameworks such as Angular React, Vue or Knockout
- Programming experience in Java, Swift, Android, C or other languages
- Knowledge of graphic design
- Social media management
- Familiarity with cloud computing & distributed systems
