Frontend Web Developer en Barcelona

We are looking for one person to work mainly on the design and development of the front-end (UI and UX) part of the software and services in the scope of European research projects (H2020 program) and for the rest of private projects of the company.

Required knowledge and skills:

• Solid knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (Ajax, jQuery).
• Knowledge in software development processes (agile methodologies).
• Capacity for both teamwork and autonomous work with good communication skills.
• Good English and Spanish level (spoken, written and read).

Valuable knowledge and skills:

• PHP frameworks: Symfony, Zend, CodeIgniter, Laravel, etc.
• Web components, NodeJS/AngularJS/Angular2.
• Geographical information systems (GIS), OpenLayers3.
• Relational and Non-relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, MongoDB).
• Back-end development (e.g. PHP scripting, Bash, Java, Python, IDL, Matlab).
• Linux operating systems (mainly Debian-based distributions).
