SimpledCard is a
FinTech scale-up company in the field of payments and expense
management. We offer our clients a SaaS solution. At the core we have a
complex set of applications with a complex interface. We need to make
that Simple and Intuitive and for that we need you!
SimpledCard is
based in Amsterdam and Budapest, and that is why this vacancy is open
on both locations. One of our core beliefs is that talent is more
important than location, and so is having fun!
We work
agile, in a multi-disciplinary team of approx 7 people (development
only) . We are looking for a skilled frontend developer who is
passionate about building high quality next-gen FinTech products to join
our team.
We would expect someone with 2-5 years of experience
to be a perfect fit, but please don’t let this be a reason not to
contact us.
As a Frontend Developer we expect you to master the following:
Javascript ES5 and ES6, HTML5, CSS (SASS, LESS and vanilla)
Working with RESTful API’s
Good understanding of optimizing communication between an API provider and its consumers
Experience working with Angular (experience also with AngularJS is an advantage)
Experience using testing frameworks like Jasmine, karma, etc.
Comfortable working in a project with a distributed team, and SCRUM/Agile environment
Proven
experience with various open-source libraries and solutions which can
improve application usability, performance and overall usage
Experience working on improving UX is a another plus
Team
player, result oriented approach to development, good communication
skills, comfortable working with team management tools like Jira,
Confluence, etc.
