Freelance or Intern Coordinator en Barcelona

Scopely is looking for a Freelance (or Intern) Creative Services Coordinator to support the Creative Services Team with project management. In this role, you will support a dynamic creative team in California and Barcelona as well as several external creative agencies in US and EU. You’ll support project workflow as well as asset management development.

Organization and foresight is a must; the Freelance CSC should be highly organized, a strong communicator, and process driven.

Work closely with Creative Services team on managing the creative workflow, timelines, asset development, and time tracking.

Assist on the management of our digital asset library, and ensure that our creative assets and finished ads are well organized, easily searchable, and up to date.

Support the management of advertising localization, gameplay capturing and re-sizing.

Support uploading of assets to our library as well as the App Store and Google Play stores.

Assist the internal review and approvals process.

Collaborate with internal product teams and external development teams on game assets.

Provide regular feedback to the marketing and creative teams on priorities and deadlines. 


1+ year of Project and Creative Management in an integrated or digital marketing firm or advertising agency.


Strong organization skills, and experience in Digital assets and creative. Team player.

Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Passionate about mobile games and videogames - related background / experience is a plus.
