We are looking for someone that strives with numbers, business cases,
and have experience in controlling. Your role will be central in our
quest to stay a profitable business as we grow cross cities and cross
services. You will have a key mission on day to day business, as well as
executing a strategic vision that involves many financial institution
partners. You will be in contact with the founding team at YUGO, as well
as all partners cross cities.
You Will:
Report to the CEO & Co-founding team on the financial and accounting statements
Be in charge of treasury and supporting in monitoring financial policies,
Build financial and controlling tools to monitor the activity,
Coordinate the preparation of Financial Statements,
Prepare analysis and justifications of real data, forecasts (Business Plan), and deviations,
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual finance and accounting reports and analysis (P&L and BS),
Support the expansion & operation managers in optimizing purchasing cross cities,
Manage operational information, financial statements, and analysis of budget,
Be involved in management control: definition of procedures, the design of budget processes,
Develop and lead strategic collaboration/partnerships with banks,
insurance companies, financial institutions & consulting company to
help the business grow,
Optimize the fiscal policy of the company: VAT tax knowledge, IIBB Multilateral Agreement
Ad hoc analysis to provide the different managers with information for decision making
Study the viability - reports of investments/projects, strategic reorientations, etc
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience according to the position.
Knowledge of advanced Excel
Be an advanced or graduate student in Economics (preferably a Public Accountant or Business Administration)
Experience in similar sectors or technology companies will be valued
Advanced English
Analytical profile, clear customer orientation, and teamwork
