As part of the Trips Team, you’ll work on Experiences in multiple markets.
We are seeking a passionate,
positive, bright, forward-thinking and entrepreneurial person to help us
develop the Spanish and Portuguese market.
The Trips Market Intern will report
to the Trips Market Manager for Spain and Portugal and is based in
Barcelona. This is a full-time internship for a 6-month period.
KEY MISSIONS :
- Help support the growth of “Experiences” in multiple markets
- Hosts account management
- Help promote the new Experiences platform to professionals, entrepreneurs and passionate people
- Support the Experience host community and organize meetups
- Help to engage the host community
- Build expertise and share learnings from your market
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field of study
- Fluency in
Spanish and English is required. Able to read and quickly/deeply
understand complex Spain & Portugal market research.
- Fluency in Portuguese will be a plus

- You have great people skills
- You are strategic and analytical in your thinking
- SQL language knowledge will be a plus
- You are able to work in a cross-functional environment
- Hands-on approach, getting things done fast
- Ability to frame issues and develop hypotheses to solve issues
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, graphing and general advanced functions
- Passion for Airbnb and the sharing economy. Being a host on Airbnb is a strong plus
