We have an awesome Account Management team (our Customer Success
Managers) and an excellent Customer Experience team that take people’s
Typeform love affair to the next level.
Now, we need your leadership.
Do you have experience inspiring big teams to get massive results?
Can you mix 1-to-1 and 1-to-many engagement strategies? Can you scale
a team internationally for start-up success? Does customer success
drive your decision-making?
Our Customer Success team is split into 6 pillars: Customer Support,
Education, Customer Experience, Account Management, Sales, and CS
Operations.
You would be responsible for 2 of these pillars: Account Management
and Customer Experience. There are currently 3 Account Managers and 4
members of the Customer Experience team.
You’ll mentor the heads of these two key pillars and set goals to
help them nail world-beating customer experience. You’ll work closely
with our (lovely) VP of Customer Success.
And you’ll do it all in the city where the sun rules the sky like a boss: Barcelona.
Key responsibilities:
Build our customer engagement vision.
Be an idea pioneer. Inspire the team to ensure customers feel special.
Give churn stats a good kicking.
Make us proud—represent our department to partners and other Typeform teams.
Strategize and execute incredible plans.
Dominate Customer Engagement budgets.
Coach the team through 1on1s and performance reviews.
Don’t be a spectator—drive us forward in management meetings.
About you:
You have a passion for helping customers create beautiful typeforms.
You’ve got experience leading and scaling a team.
You’ve got experience managing remote staff.
You’ve got SaaS business strategy in the bag.
You organize like hell and dive into detail.
Metrics float your boat.
Your communication skills are unrivalled.
