Bridge for Billions is a New York - Madrid social startup (listed as Forbes 30 Under 30 and Ashoka Fellows) that works closely with entrepreneurs, corporates, foundations, universities, and governments around the world to co-create innovation programs that fit their needs.

Job Mission

Your mission will be to lead content creation and translation in Spanish, producing engaging content for lead generation while providing value to the Bridge for Billions Community.

CONTRIBUTIONS

Strategic:

  • Set the content strategy for the Spanish Market alongside the Digital Content Lead and the Marketing Director.
  • Play a key role in growth by researching into the best formats and tactics for the Spanish audience
  • Find the best content opportunities to get our message out there within the Spanish Market
  • Ensure all content you produce is aligned with the brand’s voice and tailor tone of your content and translations towards B2C or B2B buyer personas.

Tactical:

  • Plan and develop the cross channel content calendar to optimise the Marketing Funnel for growth.
  • Plan social media content in Spanish alongside the Social Media Manager
  • Autonomously create popular and engaging content that converts traffic into leads, increases conversions and drives growth including content across a range of formats: blog, podcast, web and social media.
  • Monitor analytics generated from content using Google Analytics, reporting them to the Marketing Director and Digital Content Lead.
  • Implement best SEO practices across the content you produce to optimize opportunity for growth
  • Engage with entrepreneurs, mentors, clients to tell the most compelling stories.
  • Own email copy and implementation for B2C content in Spanish, including Newsletter.

Operational:

  • Translate and tropicalize B2B content such as infographics and case studies from ENG to ESP.
  • Translate and tropicalize B2C content from ENG to ESP.
  • Continuously refine and update our existing content in ENG and ESP to ensure we are optimizing all search and conversion opportunities.

For this role in particular:

  • A top-notch communicator and storyteller, confident in developing/writing/producing content across a range of formats in spanish.
  • Results driven with an analytical mindset including great understanding of SEO practices and of analytics tools (including Google Analytics, Google Trends etc)
  • Growth hacking mentality - someone who is constantly on the search for new content practises with a focus on lead generation and growth.
  • Be familiar with AB testing and other related content practises with the objective of optimizing content for growth.
  • Bilingual - able to produce impeccably written content and communicate well in both English and Spanish, portuguese or french are a bonus!
  • A strong understanding of marketing and the marketing funnel (TOFU, MOFU and BOFU) and how to use it to generate and convert leads.
  • Detailed and highly skilled in the production of content on a tactical level with a strategic vision for growth.
  • Experience in email copywriting and the production of workflows and automations for effective email marketing.
