Data scientist / Data Science lead en Barcelona o en remoto

We're looking for a Data Science Lead. We are creating a real estat service that has a strong analytics component, and we are looking for someone who can take our project to the next level, and take lead the efforts of our data science technology.

Our service deals with actuarial calculations. We help elders pre-sell their flat. The sale is effective today, but they keep the right to live in their flats until their death. We use montecarlo simulations and price optimization techniques to find out algorithmically what is the optimal price for an asset with a random duration, so that investors can figure out whether this is a strong investment.

Some key algorithms are already designed, but we basically have an excel model, and a python prototype. We're looking for someone who will help us take the project to the next level in terms of data quality, and will help us prepare for a finance round.

This project is really ambitious - we believe in the power of data analytics to resolve social problems. We aspire to introduce a viable alternative to the pension system in Spain.
