Today we are growing fast, and to help the casino reach new milestones, we are on the look out for talents to expand the Customer Acquisition team.
As part of the Acquisition team, you will designing and implementing online customer acquisition strategies for our main markets: Germany, Canada, United-Kingdom, Norway, Finland and Sweden. Such strategies will involve affiliation marketing, PPC and lead generation campaigns.

As a Customer Acquisition manager, you will occasionally be traveling to attend international events and conferences.
 

Mission of the Customer Acquisition Manager
 

To deliver growth to our B2C brand, SlotsMillion, by building profitable partnerships with affiliates and by developing other acquisition canals.
 


WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

  • Develop and implement the Customer Acquisition strategy.
  • Build trustful and long-term relationships with affiliates, that drive growth to our casino.
  • Analyse and maximise the value of each deal, to increase the quality of the traffic we acquire.
  • Recruit new affiliates and partners enable to grow our players' base.
  • Communicate regularly with affiliates, from remote but also face-to-face, through events, conferences and dinners.
  • Ensure that all our brand’s material is properly displayed in affiliates websites, take care of delivering the right promotions and campaigns to players.

 

 

WHO YOU ARE


  • You are a people person, able to engage with affiliates thanks to communication while maintaining a results-oriented mindset.
  • You are result-driven, able to analyse data, performance and dealing with numbers everyday.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience within a Marketing, CRM or Acquisition department. Ideally you have an affiliation/acquisition background from the iGaming industry.
  • You are hungry to learn, to perform and to proactively find new ways to push our product and deliver growth.
  • You speak English fluently. Ideally, you also speak German.
