CTO - Software Engineer and Co-Founder en Amsterdam

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join as CTO and Co-Founder, to help us further develop our backend systems. Health Monkey is offering healthy corporate catering - to increase companies creativity and boosting employee health. We aim to make the catering process as easy as it has never been before - while being the game changer for companies and caterers at once!

The position:

As the CTO at Health Monkey, you will be in charge of extending the current proprietary systems. At the moment we are building the main components of our platform and will also soon start developing a mobile app.

You will design software, program yourself (a lot!!! ) and communicate with hired freelancers to make Health Monkey a success!
You have prior startup experience and especially worked in similar positions. You have strong communications skills, a lot of drive and a GETTING SHIT DONE attitude!

Stack:

- Python (ideally with experience in Flask or Django)
- Web stack (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Mobile Development (preferably Flutter, JS or native)

The Deal:

You will work at key building blocks of changing the eating behavior of many many offices - while increasing their productivity and work-life balance! We are still in the developing stage, therefore we cannot pay any salary - yet. We will pay you in equity - in return, we do not expect you to work full-time, but still 2-3 days a week to push our project forward. We do have a prospering business model worked out and will profitable soon after our launch.
