Do you have what it takes?
Share our vision to create the backbone for the future of work
Formal experience & CV does not matter as much as extensive
experience in developing technology, side-projects, software platforms
& machine learning algorithms.
Entrepreneurial street cred is highly desired & we expect you to join us as an equal technical co-founder
Friends would describe you as somebody with a massive amount of
creativity and vision, but also as somebody who is results-focussed.
You have a positive, solution finding attitude and an eager growth mindset
You don’t want to be just an employee but want to embark with us on on our entrepreneurial journey
Your hard skills:
Experience in developing data science applications in Python
Experience in developing matching algorithms, considering millions of data points
Webscraping using Python or Java
Experience with Elasticsearch prefered, but not obligatory
Your responsibility:
Develop our technology vision & roadmap and be the driver behind
creating the best matching technology for realising our vision
Work with our two co-founders, Maiko Schaffrath & JP Dallmann in
defining and shaping the future of the company, going beyond tech
development & shaping the business and company culture
Compensation & rewards:
We are looking for an equal co-founder with the drive and personality traits of an entrepreneur
We are planning a funding round later this year and will be ensuring
compensation, however are not looking for somebody that is merely
looking for a salary
Note: it is ok if you only want to be full time without becoming part
of the founding team, we only need to know that you are fully committed
and onboard to relate and work with us at all times, and we can work
out how you will be rewarded.
Your experience:
Experience developing matching algorithms, ideally in the recruitment industry
Entrepreneurial experience, including startups, side-projects & leading positions in startups are essential
