Housers is the first real estate crowdfunding platform in Spain. We believe in innovation: we have created a business model that has changed the way people normally invest in the Real Estate sector. Thanks to Housers, anyone can invest in the Real Estate market, starting with as little as 50 euros and in different cities and countries, enabling investors to diversify their portfolio like never before.
What we do: we connect real estate developers who are looking for financing with our investor base. Investors decide which projects to invest in and the amount they want to allocate in each project.
Housers, as a platform, was launched in July 2015 and since then, it started to escalate: more than 100.000 users have joined our platform! In addition, the team has grown from day one and will continue to grow as we have very ambitious plans, including international expansion. Location: Madrid
Salary: depending on experience, it’s a full-time position
Immediate availability is requested
Experience: at least 2 years in a similar position
Education /Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or related discipline.
Bilingual in two of these languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian)
Computer skills:
o Expert with Wordpress; SEM and SEO tools, Facebook ads etc. are highly valued
o Expert in tools such as Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.
o Well skilled in Microsoft Office
Roles and responsibilities:
You will form part of the marketing team
You will be responsible for the contents in two different markets (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian)
You will be managing weekly newsletters, blog articles, social media
You will be responsible for the text the website in two different languages as well as the preparation of the projects
You will work closely with the market insight
Personal profile:
Excellent writing and editing
Great content creation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, dynamic person with initiative and enthusiasm.
Team player and easy going with other cultures.
